Duotone Shop

At Duotone Shop, we stand behind the quality and durability of every product we sell. All Duotone products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty that covers material defects and workmanship issues under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

Duotone products are covered for the following periods from the date of purchase:

• Kites and Wings: 6–12 months (depending on model)

• Boards (Twintips, Surfboards, Foil Boards): 12 months

• Control Bars and Accessories: 6 months

• Harnesses and Soft Goods: 6 months

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase is required for all claims.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing or material defects

• Stitching or laminate separation

• Delamination or structural faults not caused by impact or misuse

What’s Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage

• Normal wear and tear (UV damage, abrasion, fading)

• Damage due to crashing, impacts, or excessive stress

• Damage from alterations, modifications, or repairs by unauthorized personnel

• Cosmetic issues that do not affect product performance

Warranty Process

To file a claim:

1. Contact us at [info@duotonestore.com] with a detailed description, photos, and proof of purchase.

2. Our team will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.

All warranty decisions are at the discretion of Duotone and Duotone Shop.
