Welcome to Duotone Shop! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our store, website, services, and purchases of Duotone products. By accessing or purchasing from Duotone Shop, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Scope and Application

These Terms apply to all purchases, services, and communications between Duotone Shop and you. They constitute a legally binding agreement. Deviations or amendments are valid only if confirmed by us in writing.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms in force at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

• You have the legal right to use the payment method selected.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Products and Availability

All Products listed are subject to availability.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for information purposes only and are not binding. Minor variations in color, size, and materials may occur.

We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time without liability. In case a Product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and refund any payments received.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in EURO  and exclude applicable taxes (such as VAT) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices but reserve the right to correct errors. If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we will inform you immediately. You may reconfirm or cancel the order.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes included in the product price (where applicable) will be disclosed before payment is finalized.

5. Order Process

1. You place an order via our website, in-store, or by phone.

2. You receive an order confirmation acknowledging receipt.

3. A contract between you and Duotone Shop is formed upon our acceptance and dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline an order, particularly for reasons such as:

• Inability to obtain authorization for payment,

• Product unavailability,

• Pricing errors,

• Suspicious or fraudulent activities.

6. Payment Terms

We accept payment via [Bank Transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolute and  Other Methods].
Payment must be completed before Products are dispatched.
You warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

In case of payment delays or disputes, we reserve the right to suspend deliveries until the matter is resolved. Ownership of goods transfers only after full payment is received.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
We strive to deliver within 2-5 business days but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Delivery costs and options are presented at checkout.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional costs arising from incorrect addresses or refused deliveries are your responsibility.

We are not liable for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, weather events, pandemics, customs delays, or transportation issues.

8. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return Products within [14/30] days from delivery, provided:

• Products are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

• A proof of purchase is provided.

Exclusions:
Custom products, clearance sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process:

• Securely package the Product and send it back at your expense (unless defective).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item, using the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

9. Warranties

All Duotone Products are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12-24 months from the date of purchase, subject to Duotone’s warranty policies.

Warranty coverage excludes:

• Normal wear and tear,

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents,

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications,

• Damage caused by environmental conditions such as UV exposure or saltwater corrosion.

Warranty claims must include:

• Proof of purchase,

• Detailed description of the defect,

• Supporting images or videos where applicable.

We reserve the right to inspect the Product before accepting a warranty claim.

10. Risk and Responsibility

You assume all risk associated with the use of Duotone Products.
Water sports, wing foiling, and windsurfing are inherently risky activities. By purchasing and using these Products, you accept full responsibility for your safety and agree to use appropriate safety gear.

Duotone Shop disclaims liability for personal injuries, death, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of Products.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from purchase or use of Products shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, trademarks, and branding associated with Duotone and Duotone Shop are protected by intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from the rights holder.

13. Data Privacy

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use your data for purposes such as order fulfillment, customer support, and marketing (where consented).

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee complete security due to the nature of the internet.

14. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms, which may include eligibility criteria, expiry dates, and limited availability.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions:

• Cannot be combined with other offers,

• Apply only to full-priced items,

• Are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

15. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from Duotone Shop:
